The Clarke County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on October 9, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. for proposed Ordinance No. 37, titled Unauthorized Use of Secondary Road Right -of-Way and proposed Ordinance No. 38, titled Driveway Entrances.

Copies of the complete ordinances are available to the public at the office of the Clarke County Auditor, 100 S. Main St., Osceola Iowa, and may be viewed on the Clarke County, Iowa web site atclarkecounty.iowa.gov. Hard copies will be made available upon request.

Clarke County Courthouse is open for in person services.  Appointments will be required for driver’s license (641-342-3311) and passports (641-342-3313).   People are encouraged to call ahead for Court related services (641-342-6096).
