New Driveway Fee Schedule
Effective July 1, 2024, per Ordinanace#38, the new fee schedule for driveways in Clarke County, Iowa shall be as follows:
New Drive with Address – $60.00
New Field Entrance – $30.00
Field Entrance Converting to Driveway with Address – $30.00
Widen Existing Driveway – $15.00
PUBLIC MEETING
PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING NOTICE:
The Clarke County Engineer will hold a public informational meeting on November 20, 2023 at
6:00 p.m. in the 2nd floor courtroom located at 100 S. Main Street, Osceola, Iowa 50213. The
purpose of the public meeting is to gather comments and feedback on possible future plans for the
above, and at grade, BNSF railroad crossings located at the following locations:
110th Ave. – .03 mi North of Kansas Street
Kansas St – 1.3 mi west of 180th Ave.
288th Ave. – .52 mi south of US Hwy 34
Written comments will be accepted during regular office hours or before the hearing. Send
